Shipping was fast and installation was easy. Get a friend to help. My only concern was that I needed to replace the wall anchors that this came with because they didn't grip. Other than that, I love my remote blinds.

I ordered this for an inside installation and it was made to my exact measurements. However, industry standards are deduction of 1/4" - 3/8" due to most inside mount applications being out of square. This headrail was not fitting due to that (it was for a sliding glass window) and I called to complain. The company verified the final measurement required and sent replacement headrail and panels within a week. They were very communicative and accommodating and in the end make a quality product they stand behind. Highly endorse!

I bought this unit for my home. I bought two previous roller shade units just months before. I was very happy with the purchase made. So when I purchased this for my patio door I bought the unit with the motor and the CHARGING Cable. Not the power cord Charging cable. So I get it in place and can't figure out why it wont hold a charge. I contacted the company and they informed that this unit does not have a battery and it needs to be plugged in at all times. I do not have an outlet near this. I contacted them to ask them for a solution and they suggested the solar panel charger that works with. ..... the motor battery unit. My unit does not have a battery hence that will not work. Honestly this is beyond words disappointing. If I had known this motor didn't have charging I would have bought a different model from someone who could. This is awful. I feel cheated.

When I first saw this on amazon I was very hesitant to order, but I figured I would give them a try. The product arrived in the time frame that they indicated and the instruction for installation were very easy to understand. I install the the sliding panels and it only took several hours (probably would have been quicker if I had followed their instructions perfectly).After a week we decided that would have preferred a different color panel, so I contacted Yoolax and explained that it wasn't their error but ours. They responded within a day and gave us a very fair price to exchange for a different color.The new panels and valance arrived with instructions on how to change them out. The end of my story is that we are extremely satisfied and will be ordering from Yoolax in the future and Highly Recommend Them - excellent service and the product works!!!

The good and the bad. The product installation instructions are translated from very bad Chinese but this shouldn't deter you. If you have an inkling of tech skills, it won't be an issue. Follow your gut and most of all, my best advice is when actually getting ready to attach to your wall don't use the supplied tape to mark your drill holes to mount the blinds. Actually find the studs above your sliding glass door and mount screws into the studs. It's 100% more secure than the drywall anchors supplied. Find your own #8 2 1/2" drywall screws also. You'll thank me. There are no good videos to look at online to install this particular blind either. That's too bad for a $700 blind. It did hook up rather easy to my home wifi but know that it can only connect to 2.4 g wifi. Connecting to our home automated Amazon Alexa went pretty quick once I figured this out. Finally, if you have no tech skills to install this or don't have anyone handy to do it for you, this is NOT the product for you.

The material is of great quality and it has a beautiful style. The only problem and set back are the instructions provided with the blind. I had to get in touch with them twice because they shipped wrong instruction and a second time because instructions provided the second time were not clear.
