I like cradled wood for paintings. Just add gesso and paint. Very easy to work on.

I could not resist these for the price. Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the lightness of the wood but it was cradled and I could still use it for art. What did upset me was that when I was ready to frame them on commercial 8 x 8 frames, they were a bit too large to fit! It was just a fraction but enough so that the 8 x 8 frames were useless.

Horrendous quality. The face of the board is stuck to the frame/cradling with double-sided tape. It popped right off after the artwork was done! Very bad.
