The boards are small, you can use them for mugs, cups, or vases with a small bottom. The boards measure just under 4 inches, so if you were needing the full 4, go elsewhere. They won’t work in a bat that needs 4 inches easily.Installation/setup: Use in a removable bat system that calls for 10 mm bats. The bats can also be used with a bit of clay underneath to secure them, or with a batmate that will help them stick on.Final thoughts: These can be used for slab built or coil built clay items as well as on the wheel. The small boards work well and don’t take up a lot of room for drying after your items are made. They can be left on the boards, I would suggest you use a wire to cut the item near the surface so it is easy to remove. I like these and I’m glad I got them.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Really small . Great for mini works, good for kids workshops and having them keeping their pieces contained to the size of the board. Good for holding onto and rotating multiple small pieces .but all in all the right kind of woood for clay projects
