After reading reviews, I purchased the white finish Teflon coated rail. My husband installed this rail in 15minutes, no swearing or carrying on. We’ve had a ton of rain lately, no rust noted. It came with everything needed for the installation. My hubby said the anchors were fine , didn’t need to replace what was in the package. The rail had no defects in the teflon coating. My hubby said the wrench included is pretty much a waste so he used his socket set to tighten the 4 bolts. A decent driver drill is a must and the drill bit included worked perfectly with his drill. Instructions were adequate, and the best part is, no grounding needed! This rail is solid once the bolts were tightened, no wobbling, and getting out of the pool is a breeze. We just had houseguests who both have knee replacements and they were so happy to have the rail to assist themselves in and out of the pool. The padded handrail cover eliminates slipping when your hands are wet . The pool builder wanted 2K to order and install, so I declined and immediately took to Amazon and found this beauty. I highly recommend this if you’re interested in getting a rail for your pool.

Now that I have a family member with mobility issues I had to add a handrail for the steps into the pool. Very sturdy, easy to install and looks good. It even comes with a concrete drill bit that worked very well even though I do not have the recommended hammering drill.

This is a very nice handrail at a great price. I had a friend help me install it after purchasing an impact drill. It took about an hour I think I will get one that overhangs the pool steps from this seller, with the same base dimensions and hole spacing. This one then can be moved to my spa. The handrail works fine for the pool, but since I'm thinking about adding another, that's the way I'll go.Satisfied with this purchase. Stainpess steel finish has good welds and packaged with care. Nice velcro attaching rail cover is provided so you wont burn your hands in the hot sun.Spa has less space than the pool had to install a handrail. (See 3rd pic) This small one I put on the pool may work fine. Or I buy a second small rail. Haven't decided yet.Hand Rail helps me a lot since my back has gotten worse and I'm getting older and weaker.

Moderate installation skills needed. Best thing we ever added to our pool. Makes getting out easier!! The cover for the bar is great - our 100 degree plus weather makes the handle really hot - the bar cover doesn't slip and keeps your hands from the heat.

I was very surprised at the heavy duty rail. It came with all the necessary screws, anchors, etc. The directions were adequate, and the anchoring is very strong.The handrail comes with a neoprene cover which is quite thick and easy to fit onto the railing. Although this handrail is one of the lowest priced I have found it is still sturdy, easy to install and will be a great safety feature.

I was worried when the box arrived poked with holes, but the contents were fine. Unfortunately the bolts supplied are not hardened, one sheared off down in the concrete, and removing and replacing it will be very difficult.

Really wanted to use this railing, but within a day of installing it began to rust and stained our pool surface where installed. The railing rusted as did the inserts and bolts. We contacted the seller and they refused our request to pay for the return shipping. INSTEAD, they said that in order to refund the price, we had to return it FEDEX, which would have cost over $400! The item is only $219. We pointed this out to them, it didn't matter. Amazon could not get satisfaction either. We waited to see if they would do the right thing before writing this review - we've been trying to resolve this since July 2023 and it is now September. BAD COMPANY!
