Tires were flat, reached out to get customer service to send new tires, was sent to manufacturer even though I just bought the product. After back in forth with Maufacturer they stated they didnt have the parts and were offering $30 but only if I used paypal. I refused as I dont like to use pay pal. Requested to just credit account and they stated since I bought through Amazon they were unable to do this, so now my daughter will have to pay for her own repairs. Amazon gave me a $20 credit to use on other orders but so far it has not been eligible for any of my purchases so not really beneficial to me. I would not buy from this manufacturer.

Chain was too tight and took 5 adults 2 days to assemble

Took to a local bike shop to have assembled. Took them over 4 hrs due to frame not lining up and parts not exactly right, cost me more to have assembled. Unless you are an experienced bike maker I don’t recommend buying this bike. If I could get all my money back I would return.
