Very sad, it came with some defects, and now it is not so comfortable

I thought it was a great idea to buy a bike online. I paid to have it professionally assembled only to find out it was defective and very poor quality. The weld joints have cracks and holes in them, which could collect water inside the frame. The derailer didn’t click through the gears smoothly, and the bike wouldn’t go into sixth or seventh gear. The brakes were flimsy and made from sub standard cheap material. The rear rack was bent. The front fender was dented. And there was something rattling around in the hub. Definitely not a regular adult sized beach cruiser, beware! All in all, not worth $299. And the worst part is the company wants me to disassemble it, reconstruct a shipping box, and send it back to them. No thank you! I had to spend $125 to have it assembled, I’m not paying to have it disassembled. Awful customer service, and they don’t stand by their product or quality. DO NOT BUY VIRIBUS!!UPDATE -- Viribus said I could return the fully assembled bike to them I just have to package it and provide dimensions to them. I appreciate this action. Now I just have to figure out how to package a fully assembled bike. Oh great. Doesn't change the fact that the bike is still a piece of crap, just makes a return SOMEWHAT easier.
