Mainly got this for the cutting edge. I have been making bread as a new hobby and cutting the dough which is usually a little sticky is a hassle. The gives me a clean cut and almost no mess. It cleans easy and I have not noticed and chips or rust. The hand is solid for grip and cutting pressure.

I have 2 of these dough scrapers only I use them for chopping meet into ultra small pieces I use it for making the filling in my hand pies. The handle is awesome because I’m ergonomically handicapped in the palm of my hands! TYSM Amazon!!

the plastic one is too blunt to be useful as a bench scraper but the metal one works perfectly. Nice ergonomic grip

Avoided buying bench scraper/dough cutter for years because I was very low on extra kitchen space. Now I'm hooked. And this set is reasonable and comes with holes to hang the scraper and cutter on the side of my fridge. I love the measurements printed on the scraper and the handle is super great for my older hands.
