I like my pizza to be loaded and to cook them a little crispy. This pizza cutter did work, but the cutting edge spalled on the first night that I used it. Maybe I was putting too much pressure and needed to use more passes under less pressure?If you tend to have softer pizzas, this might be fine -- but I don't think it's solid enough for my needs.It does do double-duty as a spatula of sorts to help you plate slices and to pick up fallen over bits.

I love this product overall. It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only complaint is I wish it were a bit wider. It will not slice completely across the diameter in one cut.

We can toss our sharp, old, metal pizza cutter. This plastic cutter rocks back and forth to cut pizza slices. My husband loves it. The old metal pizza slicer was so difficult to clean, and dangerously sharp. This one stores flat in a drawer and is beyond easy to clean. I wash it by hand and place it flat in the kitchen drawer. We chose red color to find it quickly.

Old one wore out after 15years. These cutters can cut pizza to baked French Bread without scratching the trays from the oven.

I had one of these types of pizza cutters years ago, and was happy to find it again. I do like the cutter, but would recommend that the cutting edge be made sharper. When I use it on thick crusts, I have to rock it back and forth a lot of times. So I end up having to use a sharp knife when cutting a thick crust. I do recommend it if you are cutting on a non stick pizze pan. Just be careful when using a knife on the crusts so you don't scratch the non stick surface. I do also like that this cutter is also good to pick up and serve the pizza slices so I don't need a cake server utensil. Wish there was a way to sharpen it though. Other than that It is worth buying to avoid scratching a non stick pizza pan.

Sure, this is a plastic pizza cutter. I've read the negative reviews and I do NOT agree. I had one of these once that lasted for years and years. It is dishwasher safe. It continues to maintain its cutting edge year after year. The edge does indeed dull after a time but it still cuts well.I started to opt for a metal cutter when we could no longer find our plastic one after moving to a different home but the metal cutters just aren't as convenient or as good a value. I don't like their shape and size either. This one is perfect for a 14 inch pizza. The other day, my son used it for a larger pizza and all he had to do was shift it once each cut. It works great and lasts a long time.
