These are great for when a ball valve isn't precise enough to regulate the flow properly.

The brass valves are nicely finished with a slight polish and clean cut threads. The knurled knob is easy to turn and stop flow without needing tools. The needle valve allows for fine tuning gas flow and resulting flame size. A very well made set of small fittings and cost a little less than locally sourced items. I suggest purchasing and trying them out.

I’m using these for the new build BBQ as we are running a direct line off the large propane tank. Although I wouldn’t consider where I’m installing this a point of high pressure, after the first stage regulator, it should be fine just before the BBQ’s regulator. The quality of these appear well made, no obvious imperfections, and seem superior to what I see at the local big box stores.
