Quite sturdy but light in weight. I use it for step-up routines during lower body workouts. It was not high enough and I use some padding to increase the height. It's been good so far!

Pretty solid, great price. Only complaint is it’s not all metal. The part under the rubber is wood. Some of these use metal instead of wood. I put heavy weights on these, up to 300 pounds and I am not light myself. I hope it holds up.

I am quite happy with this product. It’s well built, stable, has a nonslip surface, has floor protectors on all four bottom edges and has nice fit and and finish for such equipment.No assembly required.

18インチの物を買いました梱包ダンボールが結構大きくてビックリしましたが、中身を見て適正なサイズだと分かりましたオールスチールでは無く木材を使用してますまた、商品詳細の写真と比べて滑り止めが小さくズレて取り付けられてました(滑り止めはピンで固定されてるのでボルトやナットみたいに補正は難しいです)後は普通に使用可てす
