STRENGTHEN & TONE YOUR LEGS

Training with our plyo box is an excellent way of developing power in your lower body while toning the muscles at the same time. Every jump requires you to engage the different leg muscles, namely the calves, quads, hamstrings, as well as glutes. It also trains the fast-twitch muscle fibers in your legs to help improve leap force. Continuous use of our plyo box and doing the right exercises will eventually help you run faster, jump higher, and change directions much quicker.

BUILD STAMINA & ENDURANCE

Performing box jumps, especially at high intensities, can greatly improve your stamina and endurance. This type of training significantly increases your heart rate, thereby forcing it to work harder as it pumps blood and oxygen throughout your body. This doesn't just help strengthen your heart, but it also improves your lung capacity. Train longer and harder and still be able to perform various activities without getting exhausted easily.

JUMP YOUR WAY TO A LEANER PHYSIQUE

Box jumps require a lot of energy to perform. It demands much from your muscles, which means that it’s also a calorie-intensive activity.

Also, the legs are comprised of some of the biggest muscles in the body so they'll need more energy or calories to work. Paired with a proper diet and regular exercise, our plyo box makes a fantastic addition to any weight management regimen.

Please note: This box is great for beginner or intermediate jumpers and an amazing companion for combination floor work. Our jump box is 16 pounds so it is easily maneuvered around a gym for different uses. Take care to use the jump box against a wall for the most stability while you are learning to jump.

To start, I like the box. I have had it just over a year($117 then) and use it 3-4 times a week. It has held up very well. The vinyl and zippers are intact but showing some wear. Seems very durable and the foam feels about like it did when new. It’s never been left out in the weather or thrown around so might be why it’s still in good shape. As far as stability, it’s a foam box and does compress under load. I have noticed if I land with lots of forward motion, the leading edge on the floor will compress and feel like it’s going to roll out from under me. Granted it’s only happened when jumping the 30”. Tje other two heights are fine. It’s probably more of how I’m landing, but still something to think about.I truly feel it’s a good price too. Even at $140, it’s not bad. A sheet of 3/4” plywood here in Texas will cost me $60+. Then I have to build it.Basically, I’d buy this box again. It’s been good to have. Easy to move, easy to use and makes a soft chair after a workout.Just buy one, you’ll like it.

I am a workout fanatic and newly NASM certified Pt. I bought this for personal use and for future use with clients in my home gym. I love that it is different heights and easy to store and move around. It does move if it’s not on a good surface so you have to be careful when jumping. But, overall I highly suggest this product and think it’s well worth the money.

I bought this for my 9 year old son who is a basketball player and a taller boy. We wanted him to learn to jump a little higher for rebounds. He could do the 20inch and 24 inch right off the bat. Looking at how tall the box is, I didn't think he was going to be able to do it, but he did. It's easy to manipulate but a lot larger than I expected. I was picturing a smaller box for some reason. It has definitely helped with agility and the height of his jump.

Great box, it's good to have three different sizes in one. I'm 200lbs and this thing is still sturdy to jump on. Highly recommend, may actually get another one

Great exercise jump box for home gym. Seems expensive at first glance but you get what you pay for. It’s built well, tough, and sturdy. Perfect addition to our home gym and gets tons of use. Doesn’t show any wear either after about two months of use.I brag to my friends who see this in my basement about how nice it is. You won’t be disappointed.

Bought the box this week and completed one workout with it. I used the box for box 24 inch box jumps.1. The box isn’t as sturdy as wood. Not really a big deal. It isn’t ideal for rebounding box jumps, but worked perfectly fine nonetheless.2. I put the box on a towel since I was working out on a concrete surface. The cover on the box seems to be a nice and durable material, but I still wouldn’t trust it to hold up over a long period of use on concrete. While I prefer using a wood box for box jumps, I’m happy with this purchase. I don’t think the trade off between wood and foam is large enough to make up for a potential injury while using the wood box.

Great addition to my home gym. Very stable, and much lighter to move around than other boxes I've used. Little offgassing after opening the box up, but I left it out in the garage for a day with the window cracked and it was pretty much gone. The different heights achievable with this box make it perfect for step ups, box jumps, or as an inclined push up base. Very versatile and seems like it's well built.
