The Yealink EHS36 was exactly what I needed to get my Jabra pro 920 wireless headset to work with my Yealink IP phone. Now I've got the freedom to work and take calls while also walking around my house or even leaving my house to the curb for example.

Note: My order came with RJ-12 cable, you may not need to order one separately.Super easy to set up and the sound is good, no issues there. A little feedback from my voice at higher volume levels but this is likely due to the CS540. It's happened before.

Used this adapter to connect my Sennheiser SDW series office headset to a Yealink T48S phone and worked without any fussing around with settings I had previously set for an Allworx phone I replaced. All necessary cables were included but your mileage may vary depending on headset model. Make sure to get what works with your headset/phone combination.

Poor instruction. Did not know you have to order MORE equipment to make it work with a Bluetooth headset.

I have a yealimk VOIP phone that I love. I wanted to add a nice wireless headset. This device was mandatory to make it work. It took me about 15 minutes to get it setup the right way. It works perfectly. But I think it's a little pricey for such a simple device.

Worked perfectly for what I needed it for. It made me even more furious at the salesperson who set up our office phones, as she said my current headset was in no way compatible with the new phones, and we'd have to spend a few hundred dollars on a new one. Did some research, found this, received and installed myself (and I'm no techie), then emailed that woman to tell her how full of **** she was!! That felt great :)

I wasn't 100% sure that this would work with my set up, I have the T28P Yealink office phone with a Plantronics CS510 wireless headset but thought it was worth a try for 30 bucks... I just got it today and just plugged one cord into my phone and the 3.5mm cord into my headset base and it worked perfect, I like having the option to answer the phone if I am not sitting next to my phone, seems like it works just fine with no problems so far...
