We purchased this phone 2 different times. The first time, the phone only lasted about 6 months. We thought maybe it had been dropped so eventually purchased a 2nd phone. Straight out of the box, the phone would disconnect our phone calls in the middle of a conversation. Our patients thought we were hanging up on them. Phone was returned.
