I had high hopes for this headset, but struggled to even answer a call on my Poly VVX350. I tried many settings and factory default settings, and it would not pick up a line or, often, even answer a call. I ended up returning for this reason.Also the computer interface takes over the computer audio, not just the soft phone audio, and doesn't seem controllable short of unplugging. I tried BIOS updates and all I could, without success.

Outstanding product. Great audio, light for an over-ear piece. Love the auto mute when you raise the boom. Excellent range. Great battery life. An odd quirk: the voice assistant is, um, kinda sexy

So first of all. Something is going on with the reviews on this listing. Just about everyone of them seem to be of free product. Not this one.. I bought with my own money.First off my use case: I am tired of the instability of Bluetooth. I wanted to go DECT and once I found this one that could do both in case I need to fail back - I had to try it.Unbox and setup was simple. Plug in wall plug in base set headset on base. Charging begins. USB c to PC and headset was recognize and working without issue on a locked down corporate laptop. So far so good.Listening to some music to sample driver quality is ok. This is not meant to be a studio headset.Local microphone playback seems acceptable.Have several meeting tomorrow. Will update after a full day of use. I’ll probably buy another is all is well by the end of the week. We shall see.4 stars so far. (I doubt they will make it to 5 but hey it’s better than my 1 star expensive Jabra that couldn’t hold a Bluetooth connection）

Does not work on any of THREE different Dell laptops. Two headset replacements. Yealink support requires you to do a bunch of homework with their non-functional software to assist you. Nice headset otherwise, but a complete waste of money for my purpose. I will never choose Yealink again.

I've been using this everyday for 8-10 hours a day for the last month. Few highlights: It works with my desk phone via USB cable (YealinkT48SB) and my cell phone via Bluetooth at the same time. Huge benefit as I get high call volume on both. Background noise for the person on the other end is really reduced. They can hear me clearly even when it's noisy which is super important to me.Battery life is great, I've never run out. Works great out of the box!

My old headset (different brand) broke after 5 years. My office is in the basement and it didn't have the range I needed. I purchased this one and it's very comfortable but the best part is I can now go to the kitchen while on a meeting and I have no issues with being out of range! My only complaint is I don't care for the voice when it says connected or muted. Also, sometimes when I join Teams meetings and click the toggle to mute before joining the meeting, I've noticed once I've joined I'm not muted.

Wow, after a few failed product selections and reading others reviews I decided to go for this Yealink. Wow it does not disappoint. Light and comfy on my sensitive ears! Most importantly, works seamlessly with Teams AND my cell phone. Used the DECT technology for my PC and no more delays in getting audio! What's more, convenient Mute Button on mic works while on teams. Calls coming in on my cell don't disruption the Teams call. Amazing! Nice cade for traveling with the headset too!Love love love.

I use this connected to my PC and use Ring Central App for communications.The ability to answer and hand up a call from the headset is super nice.Mute when boom is up is another super nice feature.Mute reminder is awesome. It will remind you mic it muted if you pickup a call with the boom up.I have twin 3 yr olds. Noise cancelation is damn good compared to what I was using. Although their screaming and crying does come threw sometimes.I didn't think I would like the ear pieces at first because they don't cover my big a$$ ears. But they are COMFY and I can wear them for hours.Only complaint I have is if I have them on with no sound playing threw. I don't like the noise cancelation, kind of gives me a headache. I usually have to remove one of the ear pieces so I don't go crazy. Cover both your ears with your palms, you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure that's just the feature of noise cancelation and not these in particular.
