Helps to raise the range of my Yamaha Neo cornet a bit over the (supplied) 16E. Both have nice sound quality.

I have taught brass for 50 years and had no idea there was a real short shank mouthpiece. Had the mouthpiece sent to my grandson without me seeing it now that was a waste of money. Cannot march with a mouthpiece that brings the mouthpiece so close to the instrument. He will loose teeth!
