Didn't expect much coming from a third-party distributor on Amazon at this price point, but these disk holders actually look like the picture and they function fine.Can't really speak to the durability as I have only used them for maybe 30 minutes of cumulative grinding/sanding, but it will take a little abuse when the disk gets too small.Overall satisfied with my purchase. Will update review if things change.

If you plan to use these in both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, you will be disappointed, as the threads to not hold onto the sanding bit very tight and the bit will fly off if you use the drill in the reverse direction.
