Bought these to stretch out some shoes that were a little snug on my toe. They’re very adjustable. Worked well for me,

Los he estado usando para agrandar unos zapatos de escalada, y van bien. Aún se ven resistentes, esto relacionado con el costo.

Tried a wooden stretcher but had a bit of a issue with the spreader being hard to move. This set works smoothly and after 24 hours stretched out my shoe so I have a comfortable fit.

This is my second set and the same thing that happened to my first set happened to this set one shoe stretches feels like it’s grinding and it’s very hard to spreader portion the shoe stretcher. Function is perfect. It works very well. Easy use is also very good. I just need these to hold up longer than a couple months, this is my second pair where one has failed I thought the 1st. was a fluke. However now I’m thinking that maybe it wasn’t. I’m an engineer so I think the failure it in the tubular threaded part. I will most likely try another brand maybe one made out of wood to see if it’s a little bit more rugged.

item received in good condition & delivery wise was time for it to reach here was pretty decent...works as advertised & pricing in itself was quite alright...a nice way to expand those tight squeezy shoes nonetheless...definitely highly recommended!!!

I actually like these, but they do not extent all the way to the toe, which is more what I needed, however; my shoes do feel a bit wider at the top, all the extras were not used like the bumpers, in order to get a good stretch, I literally had to leave them in my heels(shoes) for almost 2 months, afterwards, I could feel a slight difference. I will place them back into the shoes and increase the stretch for another 2 months or so, to ascertain a better stretch and a bit more comfort. The stretchers themselves are very sturdy, hard plastic, they work well with common sense, no need for instruction, just unscrew, place in the shoe, pushing them all the way in as far as they can go; place the heel cap inside the heel of the shoe and began to tighten the screw-widening them. I suggest you start with a small amount stretch and increase the stretch every two weeks, when you reach the maximum- and that is just below breaking point- leave it at the stretch point for about a month. If you're in a hurry then stretch to the max and see if that works for you.

These shoe stretchers worked well enough: I had four pairs of deck shoes I didn't wear because they squeezed my toes together and were cramping my feet, and after some treatment with this device they are now wearable. The mechanism is working, the shoes are stretched lengthwise by one screw and widened by another - but shoes need to be stretched particularly at the big toe knuckles and tips, and the little black plastic domes that one uses to mimic the position of one's toes and bunions and such just don't do the trick completely -- I am using them in various places to try to get the shoes to fit my feet, but they are just making the shoes lumpy on the sides, and not in the pattern that my feet require. So, they are good, but could be better. Other more expensive wooden stretchers have dome attachments that are longer and of different sizes, and look like they'd do a better job. SO: I'm happy, but having gotten the product, I see how it could be improved. If you want casual shoes stretched, these will do fine, and save some money. but for expensive shoes, go for higher-quality more versatile shoe stretchers.
