Got this as a gift from my mother-in-law but after assembling the chair found out that the base seat visibly leans to the right. Is there a way to get this piece replaced?

Decent quality, but pretty good for the price. The backrest portion is really skinny, essentially no padding, and the included lumbar support you can sink through after an hour or so.Pretty easy to set up, other than finding the instructions was a little hard.Other than that, value wise, it’s good.

This chair is... OK, solidly 2.5 stars. it's fairly comfortable if a little stiff but i get the clear impression its going to wear out quickly. The problems:At 5'9" and 180lbs I'm a pretty average sized guy and the chair is a little small for me in height of back the the footrest doesn't come out nearly far enough. It says it has built in Audio Speakers which it very much does not.One of the bolts is already a little bent from installing the arm wrests because the threading is a little off and i needed to really bear down to get it to take and screw inThe stitching on the elastic for the lumbar support is sown together with twist in it so it will never be able to sit flat.Their is no guide slot for where the chair back connects to the base so it took me a very long time to tighten it while keeping it straight. The sticker on the metal the connects chair to back was on the wrong side of the metal so after building it with "this side facing out" actually facing out i needed to take it all back apart again and turn it around. I actually noticed that the sticker and the tiny picture in the has no words instructions tell you and show you different things.I can also already tell that the cheap plastic wheels are going to scratch my floor so If i don't give or throw this away I'll need to replace them immediately. After typing all of this up and reading it back I'm actually gunna round down instead of rounding up on that 2.5 star rating.

This is a substantial chair in size and weight – extremely comfortable and adjustable. Although the description says that it’s sized for adults and growing teens, we were able to adjust it to fit our 4 ½ foot tall, diminutive, 11 year old gamer by moving the seat up and the neck rest pillow down. He finds the chair very comfortable and enjoys the leg rest, as well. I was able to build it in approximately one hour using helpful directions and clearly marked bolts and washers packed on a bubbled cardboard. Some hand strength is needed to torque down the bolts with the supplied Allan wrench. The seat and back cushioning is not just adequate, it is amazing. The weight of the steel base with the rolling casters prevents tipping when in the reclined position. All in all, it’s a good chair!
