OEM bolt on the left, this product on the right. Note that the upper cam washer is not included. It comes with the bolt, nut, and lower cam washer only, and the hole is offset on that cam washer unlike OEM. The thread pitch is the same and the bolt and nut are interchangeable with OEM; the cam washers also fit on the new bolt.10.9 is cast (?) into the bolt head, which is a very tight 17mm instead of the stock 22mm. There are casting marks all over the bolt and nut and it seems questionable. Overall probably an adequate replacement however I’ll keep it as an emergency trail spare only and have ordered OEM ones for the truck.
