ReadyLift recommends custom wheels no wider than 8. 5" with 4. 5" of backspacing on most applications. Waste of money I think. with the torsion bar bolts fully cranked we could only manage a 1inch front lift. I think kust cranking the bars would do just about the same. Get a proper leveling kit.

Very easy to install and works as advertised. On the older (circa 2006 and prior) GMC 2500 trucks the front tends to sag lower over time giving it a nose down look. This kit makes it pretty easy to restore the truck to level without having to crank the heck out of the torsion bar keys.

I purchased this product with the hopes to level my truck. I had to take it in to a shop to have it put on a lift which cost extra money. Once the lift was installed I took it to get an alignment like you should always do, which again cost extra money. After all was said and done the truck did not sit any more level than before I installed the kit.I feel like I got robbed...It would cost a lot more money to have them taken off than what I would get back....

Fast Delivery, easy to install.. I had to use my original bolts because they were longer.. Other than that they were perfect.

Great Fit, Gereat look. It was pretty easy to install. You do not need to buy aa torsion unloading tool anymore. You can now rent them at Kragen/O'Reilly. The only part that was a Pain in the A$$ is the two bolts on the lower control are because they have red loctite on them and it was quite a pain to get it out. Great product and dont for get to get an alignment when you are done.

Purchased this about 8 months ago to raise up the front of a 2005 Chevy 2500HD. I did not want a full lift kit but rather just a level look to the truck. I took this kit to my mechanic and they had it done in about one hour. They were very impressed at the quality of the parts and how easily they went in. Ride is great. Not harsh at all, in fact I don't notice a difference at all in the ride. You can really see a difference in appearance though!I will buy one of these for every truck I get in the future, great product.

I bought new rims and tires from an online retailer, and I thought I was getting a set that would match the diameter of my stock wheels and tires. Wrong, they were about an inch wider in diameter, and so at turns, they would rub in the front. I needed something to raise up the front, but didn't want to go with a full lift kit. This was the perfect solution. The installation was simple, and it took me about 2 hours total. If you're more familiar with working on suspensions, this probably could be done in an hour. Now that I know how to do it, I could probably do it again in an hour. I haven't had any problem what so ever with these since installing them over 3 months ago. I really like the ride height in the front now, the truck definitely looks good with it even in the front.FYI - I didn't want a lift kit because I park in a parking garage at work, so clearance is a very important factor. This barely raised the height of my truck, but didn't raise it so much that it was a factor.
