These are great jeans! I came across this style of wrangler pants and was extremely impressed by the fit and look. I would highly recommend these pants, they are available at different locations but the amazon pricing is pretty competitive with the local options in my area.

For years I wore Levi 527. Recently I noticed their quality was not the same as years past so I started looking for a different brand. These Wranglers have been a great replacement. They offer the slim look but the bootcut allows them to fit nicely over work boots. They also have a nice stretch material which makes them very comfortable to wear for long hours. I wear these jeans on the farm and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and durability. I have ordered multiple pairs of these in the past year. They are my new go-to work pants.

I have bought several pairs of these pants the last few years. This is the second pair that I have had that tore right where the rivets are installed at the corners of the rear pockets. I chalked the first pair to a fluke, but this pair failed in the same manner. Other pairs have failed in the same spot but they at least held up for a couple years. I think that with the extra stitching in combination to the rivet at the pocket corners over stresses the base layer of fabric and increases the potential for failure.I like the look, fit and feel of the jeans, but they’re not worth the money. I’m going back to Levies or Lee jeans.

These are not work jeans, they are dress jeans. These won't be thick and durable, but the look and for are great. They are very comfortable as well.

I'm 6'6 215lbs. I ordered 34×38 and they are a little long which I prefer over being a little short and otherwise Fit prefect. Seem durable and are comfortable.
Very nice, would order again

These are nice fitting jeans, not too slim so they offer lots of comfort while looking good. Like the pockets, plenty deep and easy to get stuff in & out of. They lose a star as material is on the thinner side and could be of better quality. Rip resistance I would consider lower than average, already developed a small hole after 6 months.

Amazing jeans. I only have wranglers and decided to upgrade the style and pay more for these. I should have done this a long ago! The fabric is stretchy but doesn’t feel or look stretchy until you realize while you’re moving around you’re actually wearing jeans. The boot cut is just right. Sometimes they can be borderline bell bottoms but these are perfect. They also sit perfect on the waist. Whether dressier or casual, you will spend all day in these jeans and you’ll be as comfy as wearing sweat pants….and those are not cool. I’ll be buying more pairs.

Way back pre-1980, Wrangler jeans came in 3 fits: "Slim", "Regular", and "Husky". But as fashions evolved, "Slim" disappeared and "Husky" was replaced by "Relaxed Fit", so aging Boomers with middle-age spread could pretend they still could "still fit in the size I wore in high school". But those of us who preferred a more form-fitting cut were out of luck. I've spent decades being annoyed by the bagginess of so-called "Regular Fit" jeans. Then, while browsing online I stumbled upon listings for Wrangler "Retro Slim Fit" jeans. Could it really be true? They were a bit pricier than the "Regular Fit", but I took the chance and ordered a pair. When they arrived and I tried them on, I'm not exaggerating when I say I was never happier with any clothing purchase I've ever made! They fit exactly as I was hoping they would. No excess fabric bunching up under my seat and thighs when I sit, but still plenty of freedom of movement. The waistband is noticeably lower than the "regular", but rides in a more natural comfortable position. Comparative measurement to the "regular" shows the "slim" to be 2 inches shorter in zipper length, measured from base to waist button. Now that I've found these, I'm never buying any other cut of jeans EVER!1 Year Later UPDATE: I've now had 5 pairs of these for a little over a year now, and have experienced none of the quality problems other reviewers claim to have experienced.Though I have had low quality experiences with the so-called "Regular Fit" Wranglers, which are made from fabric noticibly thinner and lighter weight than the "Retro-Slim" series. The 5th pocket on "Regular Fit" is so narrow as to be virtually unusable. Also not a problem with the heavier weight better-fitted "Retro" line.
