I bought this inflatable water slide for my pool and my grandkids used it maybe 3 times when the bottom started coming apart from the slide. I had registered for the warranty, so I sent in a claim in August, still haven't heard a response. Terrible quality and customer service. Don't waste your money on this slide.

Sent this to our beach house when I ordered it and wasn’t able to actually take it out of the box and blow it up till 2 1/2 months later or I would’ve sent it back immediately. As soon as we blew it up, we noticed several holes in it that needed to be patched the kids went down it a handful of times, and it started to lose air. Don’t waste your money on the slide!!!

Kids loved it. Held up fine during rough play. They’d slide, jump onto and off it, flip it over and launch each other. Had work done to the pool and the slide was left inflated fully exposed to the hot elements (happened during a warmer than usual spell, too). One of the seams came undone. The slide held air, but half the slide had bubbled and made it unusable. Our fault for not storing it properly.

The seam ripped the first time the kids used it in the pool. The oldest child being 7… It is not repairable with it being on a seam.

So disappointed. I have theee grandchildren and I was so excited to see smiling faces come down the slide. Sadly that will not be happening. My husband blew it up only to have it deflate within a half hour. We noticed a small slice in one area of the smiley face. This was NOT cheap item.

The part where you slide into the pool ripped almost immediately after a few slides. They were not using the slide roughly at all. It will not stay inflated now so I wasted a lot of money for 20 minutes of use.

kids 10 yrs and younger is what I recommend. great for the little ones without the expense of putting in a permanent slide. Heavy enough it did not blow around with the weather. I did pull it in for any storms that came through.
