Works in reverse, yes! Mine was wired backwards so the sanding pad would come off. I took it apart and resoldered the terminals and it’s fine now.

This thing over heats and shuts off after about thirty to forty seconds. Gets hot to the touch. The batteries last around three minutes.Took me three batteries and 6 hours to do the tops of my Harley bags. Will be returning

I absolutely love this thing! I'm working on a boat where space it tight, hard to maneuver, and using smaller pneumatic tools isn't always possible either. This tool is a powerhouse, gets into tight areas, quickly move from spot to spot, easy to swap grits, and charges quickly. Holds charge for a long time but the two batteries makes it seamless with no downtime. Highly recommended!

For the money, you cannot beat this product! I have used a 20 volt major name brand polisher and this one blows it away. The "other" 20 volt machine runs through charged batteries VERY quickly, making it practically useless, this machine runs MUCH longer and is just as powerful. I have used it on large panels as well as for small detail work, it does everything well. I recommend it, great product.

The old saying you get what you pay for holds true to some extent here, but I would buy this again. It's true the battery performance doesn't last all day, but considering the cost I'd say that's a reasonable trade off. The unit itself is well made and feels sturdy. It's pretty easy to use, however the safety switch made my fingers tired after a while.Summary, great tool. Could always improve, but for the price point worth the investment.Edit - almost a year in and I’m still very pleased. Has served me well to this point with buffing out door dings etc. if you were to ask me today if I’d buy it again, my answer would be yes.
