This chair seems nice enough, but was missing a bracket to be able to assemble it. Trying to get that part was unsuccessful. It came in a large box that I had to cut to put in my recycle bin. I hated to return this for fear they would try and resell it again to some other unsuspecting person.I have put a picture of the bracket on one of the legs that had the bracket.The leg missing the bracket just has the wooden joint peg. That is not enough to hold anyone’s weight.

Do follow the instructions and do not tighten the legs bolts, because when you attach the arms, you need the wiggle room. But then also, when attaching the arms, you need another person to help hold down the arm so that you can fasten the bolts on the arms. Hope this will help others.

Very nice guest home office chair! Looks good with my dark wood desk and credenza. The burgandy is a nice deep rich color. My husband had no problem assembling the chair, it took him about 15 minutes tops.

The chairs are very nice...however, the bolts for the front legs are too long. We had to go to Home Depot to buy the correct size. Other than that it is a nice product.

This chair was purchased to complete an existing set we have on one of the conference rooms at our law office. Once the legs were installed (very easy to assemble) anyone would be hard pressed to tell the difference between this chair and the others in that room. By the way the price for this chair was nearly 1/2 of the cost of the others in the set. I highly recommend this chair for any office guest chair.

Chair is sturdy and well-made. Assembly was not difficult. Just don't tighten everything before you put the top rail in place.
