The cushions are very comfortable The high office chair looks good. However you need help in assembling it. A great buy.

I received the order and the back of the chair did not fit the base of the chair. The base was welded but when we started to add the back to the chair it did not reach the sides to attach it. I contacted the vendor but they would not replace the back. They sent a return label with postage due. The chair cost $81. The vendor offered me $20 credit instead of returning the chair. Amazon won't intervene. The cost of returning the chair was $127.20.

The chair came in assembled and the pieces don't fit.I never received a refund and had to pay more than the chair is worth to return it also not refunded by seller .they stole 150 dollars from me .
