First of all, I LOVE this tub! It is exactly what I wanted which is a deep soaking tub without the $1,000+ price tag. It is deep and comfortable. I am 5'4" so this works perfectly for me. For my 6'1" husband, it is too small. Which is okay because he doesn't take baths very often. The back part is curved which is very comfortable when leaning back, however you do lose some of the length of the tub because of it. I love the arm spaces and I'm left wondering what I did with my arms in my last tub. Overall it's a beautiful, high-quality, deep, and comfortable tub for a great price. It is probably better for shorter people though. Please note, the plug and overflow came in brushed silver - I painted the overflow and purchased a new black drain stopper.

Install has been a headache. The tub itself is nice. However, please know that if you buy this tub, the drain kit included is for a FREESTANDING tub not the ALCOVE tub that you are buying. I am now having to purchase an additional adapter kit to make this tub work and an additional Tub drain kit from the company. This is an additional $89 on top of the $600 tub. The Plumber tried to do everything in his power to make the original tongue drain work – he couldn’t make it happen. The tub drain that came with the tub is now ruined. Customer Service is mediocre at best. I explained that the description of their tub drain being included is misleading and should suggest that an adapter kid needs to be purchased along with the tub to make this work. Their solution ,which was by email only, was that I purchased an additional $89 tub drain kit off their website, which can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to get delivered. Praying that once the drain arrives, the tub will actually work.
