I discovered three major faults with the term.I am a general contractor and was able to resolve the issues.After resolving the faults, I rate the tub five stars.1) poor drainage: I replaced the elbow at the bottom of the tub with an inch and a half threaten to glue elbow, then plumbed the rest of the drain assembly with inch and a half PVC pipe. The tub, after being filled, will drain in five minutes.2) poor quality valves: I removed and replaced all the valves, and showerhead. TheFill spigot actually had rust coming out of it.3)leaks: leaks, located at the drain overflow pipe, drain at the bottom of the tub. I repair these issues by tightening the fittings and installing silicone seal.4) installation: the frame at the bottom of the top, including the legs, was very flimsy.Because I installed the tub against a wall, alcove style, I poured a 3 inch high concrete base, set the tub over the base, and backfilled with spray foam.This stabilized the tub, sound deadoned the bottom, and insulated the bottom preventing heat loss.

Its been installed a month and everything seems good so far. The jets are strong and the lights give it a good affect.

I am extremely unhappy about this service. The 1st tub came with mold. I returned it and reordered. The 2nd tub not only came with mold but it was used and had water drops all over the tub. Had to return it and go for another brand. Unfortunately this order costed time and money for me and I had to hold off my remodel work by 3 weeks and paid contractor extra money making him come back later.

The tub itself so far is a mice tub. Time will tell. The bog issue is the draining process. Figuring out how to drain this tub was the hardest part. I had 2 licensed plumbers that had no idea how to drain this tub. It is a very unconventional drain. They tell you to just shove a drain hose into your floor drain with out any real description of how that works. We spent hours and multiple trips going back and forth to depot to finally come up with a rigged idea. It's not ideal and we hope it will last. There is no easy way to drain this tub. Maybe a drop in drain could work but you have to try it first

Perfect addition to my bathroom remodel. The local bath retailer had never seen anything like it and even commented how different and beautiful it was. After finding it listed for so many different price points, I spoke with the manufacturer and found out they are all the same so buy the cheapest. I'm very happy with it.

The tub does not have a collar on top of its adjacent long and short sides for installation against walls of a bathroom corner.

This is an awesome tub. It is a little tricky getting in and out but well worth it. Easy install, great jets.
