It arrived with the corner shipped. I figured thats fine, will be hidden in the tile. Once tub was installed, I noticed a hairline crack inside the tub, that collects dirt. Tub is also knicked in a handfull of places. It is very fragile. NOT recommended. I am stuck with it now...Buyer beware.

I ordered this product two times, the first time the box it came in looked like it had been through a chainsaw and the bathtub was damaged in multiple places, then the second time it arrived it was in a well packaged box and it was still damaged.

The box did not appear to be damaged although one of the straps was off, and yet ther is a one inch scratch at the corner of the tub. Since I had a hard time getting the size I needed at this point I’ll just have to repair it bc it’s not worth the hassle of trying to exchange it. It definitely seems like a manufacturer issue. For the money they could make sure the items are properly packaged, there is nothing in the box to protect the tub except a small amount of paper wrapped around it. I will avoid this brand in the future

Alcove tub was ordered when supplies were low so not much to choose from. My plumber had trouble installing but there was a part (overflow placket) and I’ve tried several times to get this part through Swiss Madison’s customer line. It’s becoming impossible! No one (Nick) will call me back when promised. Calling them puts you on an endless hold listening to Can Can music. Finally, if they don’t hang up on you, another failed promise. I can’t use this tub or the shower because water won’t drain out without this part. Sure wish I had waited! Since I’ve not yet used the tub I can’t comment on the scratches or difficulty cleaning that I’m reading in other reviews so buyer beware…

Please do not believe this is 14 in. in height. This measures 22 in. in height. Thanks to the wrong description the plumber I hired, had to move all the pipes and system. Charged me way more because of this description error.

Good value, really deep and has nice clean lines. We got this for our daughter's bathroom so I can't give much more detail than that.
