The encoder caps were extremely scratched up. Also not a single piece of foam, everything is just loose.

I used these along with a Raspberry Pi Pico W to create a button panel for sim racing. I use three rotary encoders to control brake bias and front/back anti roll bar. Works like a charm.

As yet untested but appear to be of good quality. Quick delivery with great packaging.

Hmm. This product could use a deep socket nut so it could be built into 3/8" front panel hole. Am improvising. It will work with an embedded microcontroller and act as a coarse sweep switch on an oscilloscope where the micro generates the sweep waveforms. It is elegant !

Quick delivery, good price, and work okay. These encoders have pull up resistors built in to pcb.

Great encoders, these have the two resistors on the back side, I’ve had previous encoders that only had a single resistor and they gave me issues with my menu system. These seem to solve the problem for my spot welder. Great product

One click is registered as two. Maybe I'm using it wrong or have the wrong idea of how a rotary encoder should work but I had to account for that in the software I'm writing that reads the value of the encoder. The knobs look good and match the knobs of the potentiometers I have. They're easy to wire up and there are quite a few Python modules for reading the values.

These are actually quadrature encoders. They function well; however, none of the documentation matches the labeling on the device. With a little trial and error you can hook them up and they work great. No switch bounce that is normally found in mechanical encoders. They are very inexpensive.

Documentation for this is not with the product but it's easy to find online. works well. No issues with speed.
