Fit was great! The gasket is the nice one with the smaller holes to hold the bolts in place for you. Everything went smooth.

I have used cheap China knockoffs and one on my pickup almost cost me a transmission. It split apart and cost me almost two thousand dollars in repair . The cheap knockoff junk is you get what you pay for. I prefer name brand Wix products.

The Toyota counter person sells the filter and gasket as individual purchases . Gasket only is over a hundred dollars. Save your dollars and time. Skip the dealer! They price it beyond common sense for the DIY person. They all work so hard to get a sale on the showroom floor .

Easy job and smart idea to do this - most people never service their cars and I got a RAV4 with “bad transmission” wouldn’t move - saw the fluid was black when it should be red - I figured id change trans fluid and filter - I did and now I’ve been driving the car for a year no issues

En la compatibilidad de Amazon dice que no queda en la rav4 2004, pero consultado con el catalogo de wix dice que si, me arriesgue lo pedí y si es compatible, el empaque es de goma y es mucho mejor que los que vienen con otras marcas que son de corcho y se deshacen o quedan con fuga si los aprietas de más.

Does the job at a fraction of cost compared to the dealer with OEM parts. Toyota dealer wanted $203.72 after taxes for the Gasket, Strainer and the Oring. These are just for the parts.To be fair, parts weren't exactly the same compared to OEM. The OEM gasket was a bit thicker and the strainer filter wasn't paper. I saved the strainer. I will clean it and reuse for next time.The fit was was perfect and I didn't run into any issues.

The rubber gasket is great but the filter will not fit a 1999 RX300. The factory one is a rectangle with no circle hole at the bottom.
