I put this on my 1984 Ford F150 302's Motorcraft 2150 carburetor as an inline filter directly before going in the carb.Works great and keeps me going.

With the possibility of contamination in our fuel tanks, a filter becomes extremely important. This filter is great for filtering the fuel entering your engines/carburetors. It is easy to install and a very low price. Highly recommended.

I purchased this filter as a fuel filter for a nitrous oxide system fuel solenoid. It is the exact same size & dimensions as the much more expensive NOS filter. As an added bonus, it was a Wix and their quality is always top notch.Well, they are usually. This was a replacement to the original Wix filter that I installed 30 years ago, but the quality is lower. The original had a gold-anodized finish (similar to the picture), but this replacement was much lighter, tin colored shape. It was noticeably lighter in weight and less substantial.Not sure if the filtering media is any different, but I hope not. In any event, it worked, but was not the same as it used to be...a cheaper Chinese manufactured replacement.
