Answer:
1. Charge the camera, then press the Changan mode key for 5 seconds to reset the camera, and then operate.
2. Please check the router's Wi-Fi signal, only 2.4GHz signal, no 5GHz and mixed Wi-Fi.
3. Please check whether your Wi-Fi name and password contain special characters, and make sure that they contain only English letters and numbers.
4. Please check whether the router has two or more Wi-Fi signals, and you are used to connecting two or more Wi-Fi signals. Because when you connect to Wi-Fi A, it always jumps to Wi-Fi B, then an error will occur. Please disable and delete other Wi-Fi, leaving only the Wi-Fi you need to connect. Then, put the camera back and try to connect again.

It doesn't come with basic instructions to operate and after ejecting memory card only about 3 times it wouldn't let me take it out, very poorly made.

The product is not as small as his shows and it also does not hold. I charge that grate. The video is not as clear as it shows at night mode

I'm very tech savvy and this device does not work. It will not connect. It also gets very hot. Too hot to hold on to. The on/off switch requires a lot of pressure in just one tiny specific location. And it seems to randomly turn itself back on. So, you'll have to bury it in the back yard. But none of it matters because it will not connect, and it does not work. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Pictures made this look tiny. Like you could hide anywhere. It is a small self contained camera that is the size of an aftermarket backup camera on a car. I purchased it with the 128G mini SD card, that I have not been able to get the camera to accept. Tried formatting and even used in computer and formatting. SD card is fine camera still won't take it. Battery lasted about 24 hours, was easy to connect wifi, and I plan to use as a mailbox camera. Might have to spring a little more money to get that value.

I bought two of these at the same time. Tried each individual. I am tech savvy and have connected these type of devices in the past. First I made sure my router was only broadcasting 2.4. Then following instructions I inserted new SD card, turned it on, reset the camera, turned it off then on for good measure. Chose the WiFi network associated with the UID tag on the camera (its local hotspot), then back to the app to connect. Nothing. Says it can’t connect. Tried on phone and iPad. Then the same with the other one.Terrible waste of an hour.

This product is way bigger than it looks / it is hard to get it connected to phone and internet it is a waste of money. I follow instruction to a t and still could not get it to work
