Good, works decently. Was way easier to hook up than I thought it would be. The frequency interferres with my 2011 Ford F350 remote lock/ unlock functions with my truck. If the camera is powered. the door locks don't work. After a while, the camera just started to stop working. and randomly it will work perfect. Can't hate it. for $80.... it was worth it. Next one I buy will be a little better unit.

Anyone looking for a back up camera should look at this DoHonest. Extremely easy to install. The 7" monitor has great color and clarity. The box comes with everything you need to pretest the camera & monitor before installing (takes less then 3 minutes just bye plugging it into your cigarette lighter) The camera mounts to your existing license plate screws and the monitor comes with a suction cup for either windshield or dashboard mount. The monitor set up is as easy as setting a alarm clock . you can set backup lines, brightness, contrast and width. Great for added safety & connecting a trailer.

This is a great backup camera!First off, I cannot stress enough how easy this is to set up! Connect power, turn on, and it works! As it should....Second, I really like the fact that EVERYTHING you need to hook this up is included (there are various options, but the proper supplies are included for each, all the way down to zip ties). The picture is great quality and the large screen makes it easy to see!Third, I love the option of being able to connect a second camera (not included) to this screen.Highly recommend and worth every penny!!

Doesn't work correctly. Picture freeze's all the time then on screen it will say no signal. When I first bought the camera it worked great. After about a month started having trouble with it. Wish I didn't spend the money for it.

I have the camera installed on my boat trailer, the display in the cab of my truck. I can now see what is behind my trailer while backing down the ramp or into a parking spot. Display is very clear and a better picture at night than the camera installed on my truck.

The monitor is good, good size, good image. The wireless connection to the camera is iffy. At first it was great, then it was awful, now it's settled into "ok, most of the time". There are many times that I have to pause for a minute while backing up, waiting for the camera to reconnect. Wiring the camera is a giant pain. I had to use a multimeter to find two rear turn signal wires to tap into. The splicing clips provided were worthless and I had to cut the lighting wires and use wire nuts to connect. However, I don't get power to the camera when the left turn signal or the hazard flasher is operating. Also, I have a hatchback car, so the power cables is too short, as it is designed for a trunk, where the license plate doesn't swing up and away. I currently have the cable dangling from the underside of the hatch. Someday, I'll run a longer cable, either from some tap in the front or the battery in the back, and put a switch inline, so I can turn the camera off when the car is off (unless I can find a place to tap in, in the front, that automatically does this). I'll have to run most of it under the carpeting, if possible.I thought that I would be able to adjust the guidlines. I can't even find a way to turn them off. However, the trick is to tilt the camera so the lines are close to accurate, then shim the camera so it stays at the correct tilt angle, and tape it down. My son-in-law (a know it all), sez the camera is blocking enough of the license plate to be illegal, but I don't know if that's true, or if anyone would care.Getting the wire inside the hatch lid required drilling a hole, but was able to do so where no one would notice, esp since the rest of the wire strung loosely from the hatch glass demands one's attention more.

This aftermarket rear view wireless backup camera system was purchased from Amazon to install on a 17-year-old Ford F150 pickup truck. The kit contains everything needed to make a clean trouble-free installation. The DIY “Product Manual / Installation Instructions” are concise. Each step is supported with a color illustration making it easy to follow. Installing the Monitor on the dash of this truck took 10-15 minutes. Installation of the camera and it’s broadcast antenna above the rear license plate was also quite easy.Because I wanted the backup camera to turn on only when the truck is put into reverse, connecting the camera to the truck’s backup taillight circuit and carefully routing the wiring so it is safe from any wear and out of sight took longer than anticipated. This process could be faster or much slower depending on the vehicle involved. The system is up and running. It delivers a very high-quality image on the monitor. A particularly nice feature is built into the power cable for the dash monitor. In this truck, the monitor cable has to be plugged into the only available 12V power outlet. Ford designed the dash wiring harness so the 12V power outlet is active 100% of the time. DoHonest has built a switch into the cable so the monitor can be very easily turned off when the truck is not being driven. This helps avoid a dead battery situation.
