About this item

  • ►【Easy Installation in 8 Mins】The waterproof camera and HD monitor are powered by one power supply, No need to power the camera and monitor separately, just connect the monitor to a cigarette lighter adapter/Acc/fuse etc, then wire the camera and monitor. Plug and Play - Much less installation effort than wireless rear camera systems.
  • ►【Wired Back up Camera, Stable Signal Transmission】The wired reversing camera kit has more stable transmission and will not lose signal at any time. If your wireless backup camera is always intermittent and delayed, a wired camera is a reliable companion for every drive. • ►【7 inch IPS HD Monitor & Anti-Glare Sunshade】The 7" IPS display offers clearer and more vibrant color images, along with a wider viewing angle that maintains image consistency from various directions. Compare other screens, it reduces glare and flicker during long drives, making it easier on the eyes. Additionally, the backup camera for truck includes a sunshade for improved visibility in strong sunlight.

I bought this rear view camera for my service truck. It's a 2015 freightliner m2. I needed to be able to see the contents of my service bed while driving. I was able to mount this camera to my headache rack behind the cab. I had plenty of cable to run into the cab. The wiring harness is straight forward with the option to use 2 cameras as well as 2 different power options. I hardwired mine in with a rocker switch. I also wired in the camera lights to a switch. The screen is large a has a great picture. The night vision work really well in the dark. Overall this is a great product for rhe price!

This camera is amazing! It was easy to connect and wire up as a constant view camera. Now I can see what I am towing and if it is intact and not being damaged by wind & or weather! I can monitor my trailer and contents ALL the time now without worry and don't have to ask someone else to look out the back window to check everything. I can confidently travel alone and see everything by myself!

I used to have a rear-view camera that worked with my infotainment system. Sadly, both the OEM camera and the infotainment system stopped working, and it was far more economical to replace with aftermarket parts (like this one) than pay dealership prices or take a gamble on a salvaged part(s). I'm glad to say that this fit the bill, I even went back and bought the license plate bracket camera as the system I bought was such high quality and already had a second AV line as part of the original wire harness.I placed the rear-view box like camera on the back of my truck and the license plate on the front. So now I have full vision of either/both when turning my 21' stem to stern pickup that I no longer worry about backing in/pulling up close to other vehicles as I can appreciate the situation (without having to jump out and look, and then back into my truck until I was comfortable with the parking job.The instructions were straight forward, and wiring was simple, as the wire harness and water-resistant coupler were easy to install and served their purpose. The cord from the camera to the monitor is ridiculously long: 30ft/9meters. I found that looping the wire near the camera, in the middle of my truck, and then inside the dash before the monitor allowed for easy installation, and I didn't have to mash the wiring into a tight spot/or try to figure out what to do with all the extra wiring. I would recommend you lay out the wiring to get an idea of where it should/will go, and that way you're able to solve problems in length/what to do with all the extra cord.I had several questions in regard to options/accessories for my new set up and emailed the manufacturer, I received a response within 24 hours, and they even sent me extra parts (which surprisingly came from Amazon) without charge. They even emailed me a day later to ensure I got the parts and if I had any more questions.I'm contemplating buying the child monitor one as I like to keep an eye on my kids while I'm driving and don't want to have to turn around to find out. I'm also probably going to buy another set for my travel trailer since the cost is so cheap and the quality is not exactly HD, but really crisp.I would recommend you try this set, and if you have a problem, try reaching out to their customer support, I didn't have a problem, and they still sent me free parts on their own volition.Update: I've had the kit for over a year now, I bought the kid rear view camera set, and added on the trailer too, I have no complaints, nor have I had any issues with any of it.

I recently installed the camera and screen, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the ease of installation. All the components were plug-and-play, and the instructions were clear and concise. The display is very clear and bright. I utilized the optional windshield suction mount to avoid drilling into the dashboard which so far seems to be holding well. The installation was on a 5 ton 35 foot box truck, with the camera located above the cargo door. Using the 66 ft option for the signal & power wire - the length was perfect with lots to spare even with service loops. The camera and screen came with all the necessary hardware, plus some extras. The quality of the components is excellent, however time will tell when the equipment is exposed to the elements.Overall I’m happy with my purchase and this will provide safety for our truck team and members around the truck.

I installed the camera on my boat, it's long and you can't see the stern from the wheel. The kit contained everything I needed and was super easy to use. The kit came with plenty of cable and so it easily reached what is actually quite a distance. I especially liked the special low profile plug going into the monitor meaning I could put a very small whole in the mounting plate to pass the wires through. The adjustable guidelines on the monitor are also a nice touch, being a boat I could still adjust the guidelines to the proper width and depth. Camera unit is made of metal rather than the usual plastic and looks really robust. So far very impressed for the price.

I have a school bus I am converting into a motorhome and I purchased this camera to install in place of my rear view mirror (since I can't use it through my walls.) I have not permanently mounted it yet, but tested it with daylight, in total darkness and tested how it responds to headlights (both low-beam and high-beam.)Full daylight provides a clear enough picture; not top of the line, but it definitely serves the purpose I got it for - to see behind me while driving.Full darkness is very grainy, so I won't be using it without reverse lights.Partial light (such as with backup/reverse lights on) produces a nice, clear, black and white image. It actually takes very little additional light, and doesn't seem to matter if the light is white, or even amber.I don't have hours of use yet, but what I have seen indicates it will be fine for the rear-view use. The components are well built, and easy to install. Took me less than five minutes to set it all up and test it using the provided cigarette lighter plug. The display screen is responsive too (actually had to back up because it was responding faster than I expected.)Some complain about the display angle being too narrow, but when mounted to the top of my bus, I get plenty of range. If someone needs more view, they can get the second camera (free, for now after purchase of this kit) and mount the cameras towards the outside edges of their rig.If you are looking for a decent rear-view camera, at a reasonable price-point... look no further.

I have installed many rear view camera systems over the years using both wired and wireless technology in a variety of price points. Without question, this system is not only the best design operationally, but also from an installation standpoint as the wiring provided is absolutely brilliant. There is a short molded transition cable that takes all the bulk of the wiring from the cameras, the power supply, and the reverse priority wire and delivers their functionality into a high tech cable connector which feeds everything through a small 1/4" diameter cable into the display system. This allowed me to deliver a very professional installation with no wires on show. The vendor was terrific and assisted me after the original purchase with a second cable and camera. I used a 23 foot cable to have a camera on the Suburban 2500 for daily use as a backup camera and the 66 foot cable for placing the second camera on a towed trailer as appropriate. The view on the monitor is bright and clear. The operation of the system is mindless. Basically, in day to day use, if you put the vehicle in reverse, you immediately see what is behind you on the monitor. For other operations, just select on the monitor buttons which camera you want to see on the screen. The effort put into this installation was well worth the outcome. This is a quality product offering outstanding value right down to the 3 year warranty. This is my new go to system for customers. Please note that in taking photos of a screen, you will not get the quality you see on the screen in real life. The cameras in this system provide the driver with a really wide view of the area being backed into. To give this perspective, in the photo you see backing up to the garage, the rear of the suburban was 20 feet from the house which has an overall width of 30 feet. As an install tip, I installed the vehicle camera in the indent where the trailer connector and hitch are located. Like all flat backed SUV's, while the back of the vehicle gets filthy very quickly when driving, the indent area at the hitch location, if so equipped, does not. I hope all of this helps.
