Seamless was set up using the USB connector to my laptop. Noise cancelation works great- good sound quality, my voice is also picked up clearly by others. I wear glasses and hearing aides, so unfortunately this headset is pinches and I had to return. Functionality, connectivity, and value for money was 10/10, just was not the right ‘fit’ for me personally.

Got this product to work and I am surprised at how great the call quality is! I am very happy with the product as it was easy to set up and connected immediately with my work computer. Calls are very clear and I am happy continuing to use the product. It charges fairly quickly as well.

I’m sure this works for some people but didn’t work for me. Bought it to use on teams calls. People said it sounded like I was in a tunnel and there was absolutely zero noise cancellation which I need. Back to using a wired headset.

This is a great headset. Quality is really nice and works well. Works on my laptop and sound quality is crisp. Works as well as the expensive headsets. Set up pretty simple with the usb chip. It’s nice for the price.
