Goede headset voor tijdens het werk. Zeer heldere gesprekken in videobellen, en goede bas als je muziek op hebt om niet afgeleid te worden. De bijgeleverde dongle voor in je PC heeft een zeer goed bereik, ik heb 40 meter verderop in de gang nog steeds ontvangst bij de koffieautomaat. Het enige nadeel hiervan is wanneer je bluetooth verbinding hebt met je telefoon, je verbinding met je telefoon wordt verbroken zodra je in de buurt komt van je PC. Dat is op te lossen door de dongle uit je PC te halen. Opladen 1x per 2 weken is voor mij voldoende. Het draagcomfort is ook prima, ik heb hem soms 4 uur achter elkaar op zonder te irriteren. De prijs is ook laag genoeg, wij hebben een persoonlijk jaarbudget waarvan we dit soort persoonlijke dingen vergoed krijgen.

I love the ear cushions on my headset don't put too much pressure to where my glasses are hurting me. I love how it tells me I have a call coming in when I am on mute and how I am able to clean and do dishes while assisting my clients. Battery life is great, works amazing , quality is phenomenal and fits like a glove and easy to use

I've had the the headset for about a month and it works alright for the most part. I don't have any connection issues, and the person on the other end hears me well. The issue is that the mute button suddenly just stops working randomly. The mute light also fails when this occurs. The only way to get it going again is to turn off the headset and get it started again. This isn't a super big issue when I'm taking regular calls, however it does become one when I'm in a zoom meeting and I can't mute. Somehow the headset overrides my ability to set the mute on the computer so I just end up having to switch headsets all together.

I work from home, a remote call center, and was using the Logitech for almost 6 months. Got this one recently and oh my itâs such a big difference! My voice is very clear, I can hear the customers really well, and the mute function is a great bonus! Very comfortable as I work sometimes 8-10 hour shifts, and this has not started irritating my ear, head at all!You wonât regret this purchase! Audio quality is nice too when just listening to music or watching a show/movie.

Geniales. Los uso para teletrabajar, las llamadas se escuchan perfectas, he probado varios y como este ninguno. Son muy cĂłmodos, Muy contenta. Si he de decir que quien los necesite para ordenador de sobremesa como yo, tiene que comprar el USB bluetooth aparte porque no los trae. Se conectan muy rĂĄpido.

I had this same headset some years ago and was very impressed so when I needed a new one, I tried several different brands and models of headsets since I use them 9 hrs a day for work and nothing compared to the headset like this one I had back then. Unfortunately to be safe I decided to purchase this one again thinking that I knew this one was a good headset. I was half wrong. These give me a huge headache midday because they do not fit right no matter how I adjust them. Customers constantly have to ask me what I had just said because itâs not the greatest connection with the mic. I have to pretty much hold the mic to my face in order to be understood most of the time. The only thing I can say good about it I guess would be the battery isnât bad. I usually can get 2 shifts out of it before I have to charge it again. Alas Iâm back on the hunt for the headset that I can finally settle on.

Seul bĂ©mol, il tient un peu chaud, ce qui est assez normal.- Isolation : Rien qu'en le mettant, le bruit ambiant est dĂ©jĂ assourdi. Avec du son, musique ou conversation, on est bien.- Son : le son est tout Ă fait correct, y compris pour de l'Ă©coute musicale dans un environnement de travail. J'ai juste du ajuster certains rĂ©glages sur mon PC, sans quoi le volume Ă©tait trop Ă©levĂ©.- Micro : bien placĂ©, et la rĂ©duction de bruit semble correcte.- Batterie : Sans avoir testĂ© la durĂ©e maximale effective, elle tient en effet sans problĂšme plusieurs jours avec une utilisation 9h par jour.- ConnectivitĂ© : je l'utilise en bluetooth, et n'ai pas testĂ© les autres options de connexion.En rĂ©sumĂ©, un trĂšs bon achat pour un prix tout Ă fait correct.

These are very comfortable. The sound quality is excellent for calls. The mic quality is awesome.The issue is that several times now in the week Iâve had them, they get stuck on mute. Then you cannot power them off for some reason to reset them. This happened using them wireless to the usb-c dongle and wired on a windows PC. I had to unplug the dongle, plug them into the pc to get them to power off. Then it happened while connected wired. Had to unplug them to get them to power off and reset. These have a SERIOUS FLAW and cannot be used for work.Happened twice when a call came in at work. Mute stuck. Customer cannot hear me. They hung up. That could get me FIRED. Happened again while in Teams meetings.I wanted to love these but I cannot recommend using these in a work setting at all.

I do a call center style job and take a lot of calls. I COULD NOT stand being tied up in the wires of my headset. It made me feel chained and stuck to my desk, etc. Iâm also autistic and the headset is already overstimulating to me. A cord repeatedly touching me didnât help at all.My brother in law died and while we were scrambling to figure out if he was actually gone, what happened, etc. I ordered this headset. My cord pissed me off and I said âthis is one thing I shouldnât have to worry about right now.â And bought this.Iâd gotten a cheaper off brand with a USB dongle that didnât work and had to send it back. It was bulky and hurt my head and neck.This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It takes awhile before my glasses start hurting my ears due to the pressure. The sound quality is pretty great, almost as good as my earbuds I love. The weight distribution is nice and the build feels solid. It feels durable, though I baby this headset because itâs made my work life so much more enjoyable.The mute button is lovely, but is why I gave this a 4/5 stars. Thereâs been a few times where it wouldnât unmute and I had to completely restart my laptop to get it to give me my microphone back and turn the headset off and back on. When this happens, I canât power the headset off until the laptop shuts down.Itâs only happened a handful of times and makes 95% of my calls 1000% better. I love this headset and recommended it to my boss whoâs probably going to buy one also. The USB C connection is MARVELOUS as the reg USB ports on these laptops are shot. Weâve got older laptops, and use Vonage call center software.
