The product is good. Plug and play, do you have a IT background? Don't buy this. My bandwidth was bad from day 1 speed was slow. I wanted to get to AirOS to look at what was going wrong. But it can't even load the AirOs web page. And good luck getting customer support from Ubiquiti, they will not help you. No phone number to call, no email to email. Just a online chat box where you'll find someone that can't help you but put you in a ticket system only hoping that you'll get a reply. On week 2 waiting for this reply with nothing yet to bring to the table.

This kit was so easy to install. The units come pre-configured by Epsilont, The units have labels with the IP and username and password. There's also a one page instruction on how to configure it. I've installed these before, in fact, this equipment was ordered to replace a similar unit that had failed after 7 years of working flawlessly. I did purchase some stainless steel hose clamps to permanently mount the units. The kit comes from Ubquiti with plastic zip ties. On the old units, they had fallen off the mounts due to the zip ties failing from exposure to the sun.

I have had a set of these running flawlessly for 8 years on a job with outbuildings. Ordered this set to add another outbuilding. Plug and play awesome with all the required components included thanks to Epsilon. They fire right up and aiming them at each other is very forgiving. General direction is fine. Great solution. My applications are short range, 100' or so. I can't speak to how they would work at greater distances. The only limitation is the singular mounting option. They are pole mount only, so you need to plan for that. There are wall mount brackets available, but you can get by with a length of 1-2" conduit or similar strapped to a wall.
