Both of these bits are terrible. Almost impossible to get them to grip the wires and caps.

Why did I not find this tool years ago. Wow, it makes installing wire nuts SO much faster. Just need to be careful not to over twist the wires with a drill.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase after reading some of the reviews, but this worked like a champ. I had to install about 40 light switches and outlets in a new garage build and this did a great job and saved me a lot of time.Pros: worked great on #14-12 AWG wires.Cons: the wire twister does not fit a Ryobi impact driver. You have to use an extender.

I'm a DIY who have wired my house many times. One thing I don't look forward to is to wire nut multiple wires together in electrical boxes. It's hard work on the fingers and I'm never sure the connections are secure enough.I saw these wire nut twisters on a YouTube short and I knew I had to get one. They work on 1/4" drills, winged and wingless wire nuts, and all the common wire nut sizes. I made several connections with these wire nut twisters, and they worked as advertised. The wire connections are tight with 4 or 5 wire combinations. The wire nuts will not twist if the wire nut is the wrong size. The wire nut twisters will spin and spin with not enough wires to grab. I thought this was very useful too.
