This is my second review for this product. I must have gotten a "bad" roll when I purchased this item a couple of weeks ago as the wipe broke down while wiping equipment/mats. A company rep. called me and immediately offered a refund as well as an offer to send more wipes: 2 rolls are the ones I had an issue with, and 2 rolls of "gym wipes" (both disinfecting wipes for gyms) (I have a Pilates Studio). I decided to start with the "gym wipes" (not the ones I had an issue) I am very satisfied with the product. I also opened up the wipes which I had previously purchased and tried a few out. No breakdown. Again, I must have just gotten a bad roll. The breakdown I believe was some wood pulp which is part of the products makeup. I actually really like these wipes. They feel like a cloth, are holding together just fine, and smell really good. I would totally use either one of these products, am very impressed with the customer service with this company and plan to continue to reach out to them and purchase more wipes for my studio in the future. I definitely would recommend this company and their wipes. Life happens, nothing is perfect. Thank you so much for reaching out to me and replacing the rolls. Much better and much appreciated.

We use these wipes in our HOA’s fitness center. So far, the product seems to be doing what they are intended to do, sanitize the fitness equipment after each use. Time will tell which is the only reason forn4 stars

Nothing but good things to say about this product and company! We go through wipes like crazy here at Row House and we are so happy to have finally found a reliable company with great wipes. Their communication is great and the turnaround time to get the product is extremely helpful in a pinch. They don't dry out fast nor have a super potent disinfectant smell. Highly reccommend!!
