Tuning the Guitar
To avoid damage in transportation, the guitar hasn't been tuned yet.
The clip-on tuner in the pack will help you with the tuning. The Standard tuning features strings tuned to E A D G B E (from the left to the right when you putting the guitar straight and facing the front).
- For new instrument, it'll take time for the strings as well as the wood to adapt the pulling force and keep tune.

It's beautiful, but the pick-up was missing. I tried to find a way to contact the seller, but was unable. My only option was to return the entire item, and it was a gift for my child, so I didn't really want to do that. I just wish the pick-up had been included because that's the reason I chose this product. I could have gotten a different one, same color, cheaper if I had been happy without a pick-up.

The guitar for my girlfriend came in and it's a great guitar for her to learn on and has a good sound. Everything that was pictured came in the box but one item, the kapo. In the picture it shows a capo and it did.not come with one. Other than that she is pleased with everything and is learning how to play.

I gave been playing for 34 yrs, bought this on sale and glad I did. I can't get over how good it plays for the price. The action is low but the frets need polished and that's it. No fret sprout or unleveled frets. Really impressed.

I bought this for my birthday. It arrived early but with cosmetic damage (see picture). They sent a replacement one and I'll send the damaged one back. But it plays beautifully. The action is a bit high for a beginner but the guitar itself is very deep and rich. Sounding. Beautiful finish.

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I will update at a later date after seeing the issue and repairing it.Note: I got the guitar back today, there is some sort of manufacturing problem, it looks like the neck is bent. I have 5 other guitars and I could not figure out what is wrong with this one. Buyer beware....
