I purchased this set for a birthday gift, problem is that two of the smaller pieces - 8 and 9 - arrived crushed and broken. The smaller pieces are thin and fragile so the damage may have occurred during shipping

There really is attention to detail paid to this intricate nesting doll set. The wood is expertly milled and perfectly painted. My wife loved it, especially the tiniest member of the flock. No buyer's remorse here!

Great for storing things of all sizes and great gift for kids of any age. The very small owl shown in picture I kept and gave the rest of the product to my nephew who loves it it's a large owl with many owls inside. Some were just too small he could swallow

This is a decent quality product. The wooden shells are a bit rough, but the painted design has a remarkable attention to detail. Given as a Christmas gift and received some pretty high praise for it!

Beautiful details on each piece. Quality craft, however a few pieces fit very loosely. Nonetheless I was not disappointed in the overall Owl set. I would purchase from this seller again.

I bought these over a year ago, for my daughter last year for Christmas. They are incredible, probably my favourite gift I have ever given her. The handpainted details are amazing, down to the smallest little owl (I believe I have 4 more, even tinier owls, not pictured as I have them up for safekeeping so my young children don't lose/swallow them). They are surprisingly sturdy for being somewhat thin, they have survived a year in a house with 3 rough children and no pieces have broken nor has the paint flaked at all. They nestle perfectly and are fairly easy to open, but not so loose as to come apart unintentionally. I bought them for my children, but they are gorgeous enough to be a gift for any age, in fact I would buy another set for my mother, grandmother, etc as they are just so cute and lovely! 10/10 would recommend this seller and product, they are amazing.

Received this nesting owl in just a few days and it was well wrapped for protection yet easy to unwrap. Cute faces and appears to be well made. Only issue is it's a little rough opening the owls. It may just need to be used more often to wear it down a bit. Still a good purchase for the price.

Initially I was disappointed. It was very small and squat. The paint is not shiny like most of these dolls. It is cheap looking and chalky thin. Then I decided it was unique enough and 7+ is hard to find. I might touch it up and varnish it to protect paint...like they need to have done.They did well painting otherwise Even the smallest bird is not overly simplified and very cute. They are very easy to open and close, which was a concern for me because I was buying for a toddler toy. For some it might be too easy to open and close, I guess. I imagine it would fall to a million pieces is you dropped from a counter. Ulimately, I recommend
