Buy it, I bought this to do all of the screens in my house that were shredded by the previous owners cats. I wanted small screen holes so the bugs couldn’t get in and durable and reasonably priced. This screen was everything I wanted. You can’t even tell that I have screens in my windows. Very satisfied customer.

Better than described by the seller. The assembly tool was included. The old spline was stiff & stuck in the track, I was about ready to throw-out these old screens. I tried a heat gun & an awe, no luck.I read before buying that another buyer was surprised to get the tool. I thought the tool was only the roller. I didn’t expect the tool to include a HEAVY DUTY HOOK to scrape out the old spline. That hook was AWESOME!!!I could easily scrape out the old spline in minutes. Assembly of new fiberglass screen with new .140” spline was a breeze. New spline fit nicely, screen was tight, screens fit the window frames like new screens. So happy with my purchase.

I used the entire contents of this package replacing the screen in 9 window screens over a weekend. I am happy to say the splint performed flawlessly and was at least the least advertised. The package also included a bonus roller wheel with a folding hook spline removal tool that added to make the whole experience a pleasant one. Bravo to this supplier for marketing an excellent product more than worthy of its selling price.

The absolute best value I could find for quality and cost. The supplied tools suffice even the dinky mini box cutter but actually works perfectly for trimming. My dogs tore off EVERY screen of my house (8 total full windows about 32" each) and now since they're grown I decided to repair them all. Went very smooth with no experience and I still have roughly half of a roll if not more of screening. Two things I recommend is to get the plastic wheel roller to reinstall your screen roping so when you slip off you don't cut or puncture your new screen and secondly have a decent paper weight to help you roll out and hold your screen in place while getting correct length and also while roping.

This is some pretty good screen. It isn't ultra heavy duty, but the price isn't super high either. This stuff works pretty good, it is tough enough, but not as tough as the fiberglass or metal screen. This stuff is flexible enough to work with easily compared to the metal stuff which is a nightmare to work with. This stuff is light too, unlike the metal stuff and since it isn't metal you won't get pricked and stabbed by sharp points. This stuff works good and is easy to work with, I'd use it again.

I needed this to fit a bigger groove in a screen window. It fit and held the screen in properly. If you have never fixed a screen, try it. It is easy with the repair kits that they sell.

I ordered this size based upon the old splines diameter.Unfortunately, the pet-proof screen was thicker, and the spline didn't want to be inserted in the track. However, if I stretched it, is was thinner and could be rolled into place.
