Sticks on well. A little more noticable than what I hoped, but it keeps the bugs out so I'm happy!

I had a small tear in my screen and this was super easy to use to fix. I just cut off a piece and sandwiched my screen with a piece on either side. Although I probably didn't have to do 2, I did anyways to try and reinforce. Very simple and easy to use.

The tape helps repair the aesthetics of having a hole in your screen. (I got the tape -- it's the width of standard packing tape.) It's essentially thin fiberglass mesh smushed onto a thin adhesive backing. When you peel it off the roll, the adhesive part means the tape isn't perforated. This is definitely better for smaller tears and holes, or for screens where looks don't matter so much.

I like the selection and the strong adhesion.Trying to patch the screen I had in mind made me realize that we just need to replace that screen, but these little patches are a quick fix for those little holes that crop up now and again, especially with pets in the house.

Haven't actually tried these yet (it is a bit too cold for cleaning the screen to have these adhere). Inspecting the product, I am a bit disappointed in how uneven the screen spacing is. They look kind of wavy. They also look like they will be quite obvious patches. Interestingly I've used Scotch tape in the past for smaller holes and that is barely noticeable. Will update once really used.

This window screen repair kit is a lifesaver for small tears and holes in window screens. The fiberglass mesh tape is strong and applies easily, and it seems to stick very well so far. I even used some of the included patches for a bigger rip, and they were easy to use and look inconspicuous. Having everything I needed in one little kit was really helpful.I would say that the long-term durability is a bit unclear. While the advertisement says the tape is weatherproof, only time will tell how well it holds up to the elements. Also, 15 patches might not be enough for someone with a lot of screen repairs. Overall, this is a simple and effective solution for small repairs, but for bigger jobs or if long-term durability is a major concern, you might want to consider a different solution.

It does work as stated above, however, it is a very noticeable even from like across the room. I could see it also works better if it’s just one small all versus a bunch. I didn’t realize till after I ordered it that the cat who escaped through our window had actually torn the screen all the way through the part where it connects to the frame and so this is not the right repair for that job, but that part is not the products fault. The cat that we tried to help we rescued what we thought was a street cat in our neighborhood we posted looking for the owner. Nobody recognized her. We had a friend come over with a chip scanner scan for microchip. They couldn’t find the owner as her phone number had been disconnected. I got in touch with the chipping company and found out who chipped her And was able to confirm her name and that she was my neighbor and using that information we were able to track her down. Turns out the cat knew where she lived and escaped from our second floor bathroom by tearing a hole in our screen and jumping out. Owner was very confused when she showed upAnd I said I have your cat sand she’s like no she was home this morning for breakfast.

We inherited the window screens from the previous owner when we bought the house. Some screens are in more rough shape than others. Aesthetically, a window screen with a repair patch looks terrible. But if the alternative is purchasing a new custom size screen, I think I can live with it. I hate mosquitoes!I double up the patch. One on the outside facing in, and one on the inside facing out, so the original damaged part of the mesh screen is sandwiched between two adhesive patches. I like that you get a bunch of different sizes for different size repairs. Anywhere from small punctures, to straight tears, to gaping holes. I hate mosquitoes! If you want to save some money, just get the roll instead of the kits. You can custom cut the size you need instead of using pre-cut patches. Did I mention I hate mosquitoes?
