Your cart is empty.Comes with 5 cutting plates allowing for a variety of textures. The interchangeable cutting plates have perforations of either 1/16", 3/32" or 5/32" (1.5mm, 2.5mm or 4mm). Output is approximately 3 lbs. per minute and fits on any 7" or larger receptacle. The bar that straddles the container applies constant pressure against the cutting plate and crushes the food, while retaining seeds, skin and fibers. Large -size food mill, stainless steel.

A little pricey but good quality and 5 grater blades for the exact results you may be looking for in a sauce or puree or juice....seeds and skins gone and pulp to the exact size/crush you desire. Large and does several pounds of tomatoes at once...although I don't pack the hopper full as it is less effective and takes more time to peel and seed...if you want to dump in a big bunch of tomatoes or simply super large tomatoes it is large enough

I don't like to leave negative reviews but this is JUNK, flimsy, dull blades, made a weird noise when cranked and way overpriced. I sent it back

This could have been a very nice mill with 5 different screens at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the blade is not shaped right and does not touch the screens. Consequently the 5-quart mill works more slowly than my old 2-quart mill. I tried returning it but since the packet had been opened the vendor would not take it back.
