The Winco EWB-100A commercial stainless steel water boiler holds 4.2 gallons (537 ounces or 100 cups) of water ideal for beverage serving for catering, hotels, churches and schools. The dual cool touch handles allow for easy maneuvering. A twist-on lid securely locks into place and quickly remove for refilling. This commercial water boiler has two status lights indicating when water is ready and when the boiler is heating and is equipped with an automatic shutoff feature.
