We saw this product advertised on a home remodel show. We purchased the product and our garage doors operate smoothly now and a lot less noisy (I have to look in rear view mirror to make sure door closed it is so quiet now).

Never got to use it because i couldn't remove the black cap.Also, i noticed that many customers complained that it wouldn't dispense any more lubricant after it was about half gone. However, i did not experience this because i couldn't get the cap off.This item cannot be returned, but Amazon did extend the courtesy of refunding the item on it's bot without requiring a return since i mentioned this defect on the same day i recieved it.
