I looked for weeks on Amazon (as well as other sites), to find a set cushion that would work for me. I needed to be able to sit comfortably for long hours. I have multiple spinal conditions that make that very difficult for me, as well as prior lumbar spinal surgery. This cushion has made all the difference! **NO MORE PAIN FROM SITTING**! It comes compressed, so don't worry if at first it feels a little "off." By the next day, my cushion was fully uncompressed, and I have been sitting with it in my office chair ever since. I can now do the work I need to do, without having to stop short due to pain and agony. The cushion is firm, yet supportive, and great size. ADDED BONUS: The REMOVABLE, WASHABLE COVER makes it so easy to keep clean. I have animals, so I will be very happy about that feature! I am buying a second one to have for my car. I tried this one out in the car on a short drive, and it is a must have now...especially for when on long drives. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CUSHION, and after exhaustive searching, I can tell you that you will not find a better price on such a high quality cushion.

I sit at a the computer for 12 hours so I needed some comfort for the pressure. This is my third cushion and this one gave me that comfort from the pain from that pressure point of sitting all day. Cushion is firm but comfortable for the cause .

I fractured my tailbone as a child, and decades later still have pain if I sit on a hard surface for more than a few minutes. I also have severe spinal arthritis. So I need a good supportive cushion on my dining room chair with a tailbone cutout to relieve pressure. This cushion meets all my requirements! It is a very dense memory foam, so very supportive. The imbedded gel is cooling, and my tailbone doesn’t hurt at all. I am recovering from hip replacement surgery recently and this cushion is also comfortable in that respect. I would highly recommend it, especially at this price point.

I bought this for when I am driving and for lounging around the house. Provides great support and the gel material makes it soft and non-obstructive. Great price for great comfort!

I use this on my work computer chair and the amount of support I get from this thing, I have actually gotten way more stuff done. Before, I would find excuses to get up and that is even with my company buying new chairs. The chair that I have has absolutely no support or hardly any cushion in the seat. Not to mention, I feel as though I'm hunched. The moment I added this seat cushion, I instantly found myself sitting more upright. While it did take me a minute to get used to having something like this, after using this for over a month, I feel a huge difference. Even with the constant use that it gets, the cushion itself is still firm and has not fallen flat. The cover on this is completely washable too!
