I read a few reviews before ordering. Some said that they wished it wouldn’t slide around; I only adjust mine when I need to put my seatbelt on. It is a minor adjustment. Others said it is harder than a rock; it does get hard when left in the cold car, but when it warms up, it does its job. I like mine as it elevates my hips higher and relieves the numbness in my legs.

Tried 3 different car seat cushions until I came across this one, which helped relieve my sciatic nerve problem. All the others were too big and bulky. This one seats perfectly in the back of the dip in the car seat.

I can’t believe what a difference this little pillow makes sitting in bucket seats in a car and in my office chair. This little tiny wedge was a game changer for lower back pain. I can now sit comfortably in the car for hours!

This thing did the trick. I was sitting so low in the back of the bottom of the seat. I felt too low in the car and after an hour the pressure of the seat lifting on my thighs felt like my hips were coming out of joint. I’d get out of the car and have to walk awhile until they felt right. The cushion is short enough that it doesn’t press on your thighs which is something other wedge cushions do. The fabric seems tough, the foam is dense. The non slip underneath doesn’t completely hold it in place getting in or out but it’s a small inconvenience and to be expected. I was afraid of the contours they advertise but the on thing I notice is the sides help hold you in. It’s the best I’ve found, I’m happy with it.

Very comfortable and doesnt slip oor slide on leather under seats. The wedge shape raises your back slightley and takes the pressure off the thighs . Im a bus driver and its a lottery which buses i drive and this cushion adapts to all types of seat . The seat cushion and a memory foam back support sold seperatley help me with my lower back and sciatica during 5 1/2 hour constant driving .

My tailbone loves this cushion! I no longer have back pain or sciatic pain while I’m driving! It also gives me a little more height to see over the steering wheel. It is the perfect size for my car because I can still enter and exit the car with easy. Love it, I would highly recommend!

My commute to work is 45 minutes each way and I have tried half a dozen or more different seat pads that are supposed to help prevent sciatica flare up. This one is a keeper.Most were too soft, they focused on ‘comfort’ but with lower back issues- soft is the wrong way to think about the problem. I’ve tried one other wedge design but it was too soft… if this wedge design didn’t work, I was going to just order those beaded seat covers cabbies had in their cab cars back in the eighties.I zeroed in on the wedge design because all of the other seat pad designs tried to replace the whole seat, which would raise my legs up too high. And the edges would start to cut into my thighs after about 15-20 minutes (I’m short, if you’re over 5’4” this probably isn’t something you would notice).Thankfully, with the minimalist design of this particular wedge seat pad I will remain in the 21st century aesthetic. The beveled edges of the pad fit seamlessly against the seat material and the wedge fits perfectly into that annoying gap in the supposedly comfortable bucket seat of my truck. It is soft material but stiff enough to provide support. And raises my backside up just enough to actually use the lumbar support of the seat designed and manufactured for taller people.Of course the sciatica problem is still there lurking, but this simply designed, and almost invisible addition to the seat is keeping it at bay for now.Oh, and the grip material on the bottom of the seat pad work perfectly. I don’t have to readjust it after getting in and out of the vehicle!

There's a balance to hit between sturdy/supportive plus plush enough for comfort. I feel like this cushion hits the plush too much, as sometimes it feels like I'm not even sitting on anything because the angle isn't quite enough due to me squishing it down. It's also too small. I'm fairly petite and this just doesn't seem to be long enough for my legs. It stops mid thigh and ends up feeling like it's pinching, eventually making my feet feel funny due to poor circulation. It was recommended by my PT since I have tailbone issues due to a fall. Lately it's been delegated to lumbar cushion since it's just not cutting it as a seat cushion.
