Specification：
There are 11 adjustable manual reamers, with accuracy ranging from high to low as H4-H14, meeting various work requirements with different accuracies.

NOTE：
1. The workpiece should be clamped correctly.
2. During the reaming process, balance the force of both hands.
3. When the reamer is withdrawn, it cannot be reversed because the reamer has a back angle. Reversing the reamer will cause chips to jam between the back of the reamer teeth and the hole wall, causing scratches on the hole wall.
4. After using the reamer, it should be cleaned, coated with engine oil, and boxed to avoid damaging the cutting edge.

The 29.5-3.5mm unit would not adjust smaller than 30mm leaving the needed size not covered. The next size smaller had 0.020" taper measured when adjusted to near it's max. The larger one had noticeable curve in the tapered grooves near the small end....they didn't run the slotting tool all the way through so that at the very smallest settings the blades actually start to increase cutting diameter again as the small ends ride up the curved slots. The threads were pretty rough running on the two I tried to use to ream 1.175" dia. The cutting edges did not feel very sharp and the grind marks were 'across' them, not along them. The ground cutting edges did not appear very flat but rounded out slightly. I didn't bother looking under a magnifier and returned them just in time around day 25. If you have a surface grinder you might be able to make these tolerable. I am going to go buy ONE good one for my repair. I was looking forward to having a whole set and expected mediocre quality but I did not expect them to fail to cover the stated ranges without rework and to show so much taper.

Being a heavy equipment mechanic I use these reamers in all kinds of situations. They are easy to use and Sturdy. My first use was to clean up the wrist pin bore in a set of pistons.Saved me nearly a $100.00 Dollars.
