Perfect no-frills label printer. Easy to set up and use, prints quick, good value. A little bigger than expected but it fits nice in the office.

Very happy with this purchase. This one was a little more expensive than the others I was looking at, but it is heavy duty and commercial grade. Well worth the price. Setup was very easy. Plug and play.I needed some help to format the paper size on the website I'm using this with. I called the # pressed 2 for technical support and a guy in the US answered the phone immediately. Within a couple minutes, he had me change 1 setting on the website and I was all set.Very few companies have US customer service or technical support anymore. That matters to me. I would buy Westinghouse again. Thanks

The printer was very easy to connect and set up for use. Labels come out quietly, quickly and clear. I'm very happy with it so far. Highly recommend!

I was tired of having my Dymo printer sitting on my desk and needing a legacy USB-A port to connect. I wanted a thermal printer that could attach to my LAN (wired) and place it on a table out of the way. Bought this based on the positive reviews, and it is a good thermal printer. Fast, good-quality printing and does not need proprietary labels. Works with UPS and Stamps.com very well. However, I'm on a Mac and the network setup is not well documented in the manual or online. Had some troubles getting it working and almost returned it. I placed a call to support and they responded quickly with configuration instructions. After a 5 min phone conversation, it was up and running. Been using it the past two days without issue. Took off one star for the difficult network setup...don't know why they don't document this better.BTW, if you are a fellow Mac user, this printer requires a manual setup as an IP-LPD printer. I would also recommend setting a static address instead of letting it DHCP, otherwise the printer my change IP's and won't work.

I needed a Label Printer that was compatible with a Mac and could be installed on a network. This one worked great, 1st install the driver, then add a printer by IP address and select the westinghouse driver from the list. It worked fine on the first print and was already set for 4x6 labels. Print quality on text and barcodes is very sharp.

Would definitely recommend this printer. I just purchased this and installed it today to use for my small business. I finally found thermal labels that will work with my eco-friendly packaging (most thermal labels peel off of my packaging so I have been diligently printing out labels on paper, cutting them out by hand, and then glueing them onto my packages for years!) and they work with this printer, so this will be such a time-saver for me!!! I am so glad to have found this affordable and effective solution and am so happy that there were no headaches installing it. Very straightforward set up that only took about 10 minutes, start to finish 👍

After accidentally breaking my Dymo 4XL label printer, I was hesitant to spend a lot on a replacement. I tried a cheaper label printer I found on Amazon that had plenty of good reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. It was unfunctional, and I spent hours troubleshooting and going back and forth with customer service before finally returning it.Still in need of a label printer, I came across this Westinghouse model and decided to give it a shot. Setting it up was a breeze, and I was printing labels in no time. One feature I really appreciate is that it holds the roll of labels inside the printer, unlike many cheaper models where the labels are stored externally, taking up more space. So far, this printer has been a great replacement for my Dymo and costs at least $100 less. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable label printer!

I bought this printer after spending hours of time trying to get another, cheaper label printer from another company to work. I finally gave up in frustration and returned that one. Although this printer was about $100 more, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I should have gone with this printer from the start. It was a breeze to set up, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and in just a few minutes I was set. I did have to call in to get help to get my first label printed, but that, too, was quick and easy. Dan in support was very nice and quickly and easily resolved my issue. It was a simple calibration that only took a few seconds. I'm so glad I ditched the other printer for this one. I can tell it's high quality and so far the printed labels are crisp and clear. I highly recommend this printer. It works exactly as it should, and I am very confident now I have exactly what I need for my business.UPDATE 12.12.24: This printer works very well. It makes me happy every time I use it. Now that I've had a chance to really use this for a lot of orders, it just works perfectly. Every label, whether you're printing just one or a series of them, they are perfectly aligned and very clearly printed. I bought this printer after a lot of frustration with another, cheaper brand, and once again, it's proven true: you get what you pay for, and this is a very quality product. Zero regrets and happy customer!
